11-year-old Tommie-Lee Billington from Lancaster, England, tragically lost his life while attempting a TikTok challenge during a sleepover. The challenge involves inhaling harmful gases, such as dry shampoo and spray deodorant, to achieve a high. Unfortunately, Tommie went into cardiac arrest immediately after inhaling the gas and could not be revived.

His mother, Sherri, urged parents to talk to their children about the dangers of such trends. “This cost my son his life,” she shared on Facebook, expressing her heartbreak and hope that his story will prevent similar tragedies. Tommie’s grandmother, Tina Burns, described him as having “a heart of gold.”

This is not the first tragedy associated with this challenge; another young victim, Esra Haynes, also lost her life in a similar incident.
