Andrea Ivanova, known as the woman with the largest lips in the world, visited a cosmetologist’s office again. This time, she focused on the area around her nose.

According to Ivanova, her surgeon recommended that she inject fillers into this area to “even out her face” and prevent wrinkles. The 26-year-old blogger already has fillers in her cheeks and explains that the accumulation of filler “leads to the formation of wrinkles,” so she made injections on both sides of her nose to “not look older.”

“My doctor said it’s very important to have filler in these areas because if you don’t, as I age, my face will look old,” she shared.

Ivanova admits that she noticed worsening nasolabial folds even before the last procedure, which she spent $550 on May 2nd. Despite some concerns about the safety of injections in this delicate area, she believes it is necessary to preserve the youthfulness of her face.
