John Travolta remembered his late son Jett Travolta on what would’ve been his 33rd birthday on Sunday.

The 71-year-old movie star – who boasts 15.2M social media followers – captioned a rare father-son snap: ‘Happy birthday Jett – I miss you so much! Love you forever!’

Last year, John gushed that ‘not a day goes by where you’re not with me.’

Travolta and his late wife Kelly Preston’s eldest child tragically died in 2009, at age 16, during a family getaway to the Bahamas.

Jett – who had autism, asthma, and Kawasaki Syndrome – was said to have suffered a seizure and hit his head in a bathtub inside the Old Bahama Bay Hotel.

‘[It was] the worst thing that’s ever happened in my life,’ the two-time Oscar nominee recalled to Barry Norman in 2014.
