Two months after finalizing his divorce from Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck has finally spoken out, calling the breakup “embarrassing.”

Lopez filed for divorce in August, citing “irreconcilable differences,” shortly after reports surfaced that Affleck skipped her star-studded 55th birthday party.

In an interview with GQ, Affleck emphasized his deep respect for Lopez and dismissed any scandal, saying their split was simply about “people trying to figure out their lives.”

“There’s no big event, no soap opera,” he said. “It’s just embarrassing and feels vulnerable, like a couple’s therapy session no one else wants to hear.”
