Famed actress Susan Lucci, best known for her role as Erica Kane in All My Children, has enjoyed a legendary career, earning accolades like a spot on TV Guide’s “50 Greatest TV Stars of All Time.”

Despite her success, Lucci has faced serious health challenges. In 2018, she underwent emergency heart surgery after doctors discovered a 90% blockage in her main artery. In 2022, she required a second procedure, though symptoms were milder.

Tragically, two months later, she lost her husband, Helmut Huber, at age 84. The grief was overwhelming, but she credits friends for helping her move forward.
