Trump says he’ll send 30,000 illegal migrants to Guantanamo Bay

President Donald Trump announced plans to expand Guantanamo Bay to detain 30,000 illegal migrants as part of his intensified crackdown on immigration. The facility, historically used for terror suspects, will house those deemed the “worst of the worst,” including individuals from countries Trump distrusts for deportation.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem hinted at the move earlier, but Trump confirmed it while signing the Laken Riley Act. An executive order has been issued to begin preparations, with Immigration and Customs Enforcement already ramping up raids and deportations.
