World famous star passed away this morning at her home in North Carolina

‘Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings’ star Lizzy Musi, a well-known figure in the racing community, passed away at the age of 33 at her North Carolina home on June 27. Her father revealed that she had been battling triple-negative Stage 4 breast cancer since her diagnosis in April 2023 when she made her death announcement on social media. Musi had shared her experience on Instagram and been open about her battle with the illness, as per the reports of Yahoo Entertainment.

Personal Struggles

Despite her diagnosis, Musi continued to love her sport. She kept racing and updating her fans on her adventures. In an emotional interview in August, she informed Drag Illustrated how much she appreciated all of the love she got and how determined she was to keep racing even if she was sick. She shared a picture of her shaved head on Instagram in June 2023, which was caused by the severe hair loss she experienced during her cancer treatment. She was honest about the difficulties brought on by her illness to encourage and connect with people going through similar struggles.
