Barron Trump had a quick interaction with former president Joe Biden during his father’s inauguration, and social media users have been begging to know exactly what went down between them.

The 18-year-old New York University student was joined by his mother, Melania Trump, and his elder half-brothers and sisters at the 2025 inauguration of President Donald Trump on Monday in Washington, D.C.

After Trump was sworn in as president for a second term, first son Barron was seen shaking hands with Biden and also departing Vice President Kamala Harris inside the U.S. Capitol Rotunda.

On TikTok, where the video has received more than 500,000 views, some users in the comments section made their guesses at what Barron could’ve possibly told Biden to make him pivot to such a somber expression.
